Heres what I am thinking now. A fellow student pointed out that you are moving parts. You need to start to understand feeling in your body how you are not moving parts but you are moving force and you are moving weight.
I am going to deal with your main character and point out where you are.
What is happening here is that if we look at this still pose on your video reference. The main weight is going to be on the screen left hip and a little bit onto the hand and then basically you go more to the hand and you go to where you bend the waste in and you are definitely going to have an extended back.
You switch then and your body starts to move first and then you become more centred.
The opening pose you have is centred.
I would have used the other pose. The hip looks like it is curled under. It might be because of what I am seeing here with the geometry. He will have an arched back, not witha C-shape bent over. This leaning over pose is a clser pose then the opening pose. Also make sure you are not burying his eyes too much. I would take the second pose, re-set up the hips and then back away onto the centred pose.
YOu will have that motion that you have instead of right now which is completely centred at the beginning.
The third pose is not too bad. I would definitely have a blink as he is going up and around. You are lifting that hand up just a little bit high. Ok for a blcoking pose.
I think your hips are ok.
I would go back to that same pose that you had before. instead of going to the third pose.
Part of the problem is that she is too far away. Move him nearer. You can use your leaning over opening pose as a basis again and then you will have that flow and be able to push that waste that little bit more forward and again I would not bring the hand up as high as you are there.
It looks like you can build a lot off those two poses. That is going to be the big trick.

Think about the poses as moving force and weight instead of just moving joints.

Then she does the stand up and lean in. What you have is her spine straight. You are tilting her over and not pushing the weight. You just move as one piece.
In you reference she stands up on one leg and steps out.
He is even rougher. Think about where is the weight in these poses. Standing up you might need to act out because he has to step out and take a big step. There needs to be weight on the thigh.
Space between the hands and the body. Look at your video reference.
Do you want his at the side of the chair or in the middle.
Just ask yourself where the weight is and if you cant see it in the video reference just stand up and ask yourself where the weight is.

You have totally changed the shot and taken out the baby. No video reference. More notes needed. Why did I decide to change. Also I feel like this is a setback from last week. Rougher instead of going forward. Prove me wrong you did video reference. Not a lot I can comment on.
The posing there is just nothing here to work with.
I would have centered here. You can put her on a three quarters over on the left third so that he can be on the right third and then bend down and give her space. Have his back slightly towards us. Dont know why you cut.

I had to get rid of the baby character because the model was making the software run too slow, so I am using a book instead. It makes it more interesting than having her just drinking out of a glass and it also means i can get rid of the TV which was not really serving any function in the first place.

You need something clear and simple....
frame number one, three to 6 is good, nine to ten is just one frame, its too quick, 10,11 again, just one frame it usually pops. These ones that are just one frame, there is no reason to have this one frame yet, leave it for the polishing pass, leave the computer to give you those in-betweens for now. If you insert the breakdown pose you are going to get something that is decent. It just means that you are going to make this scene easy to edit. If you place all those key frames in one single frame it is just harder to edit because the scene is populated with key frames, so you dont want to have that until the end of the final pass. On page two it is the continuation...its going up, it swings back, ok.....one thing that would be really nice to have , in one single drawing that you would indicate and show the whole thing. This is that ladder on the playgfound for gtrown-ups. Just one drawing that you can explain, Ok so he is actually down here, and he goes down, like a cat, and then he jumps, and that is happening on that bar, like right here, and then from here he is going to hold for ten frames up there, and then he is going to start moving with his right arm to this one first, and then he is going to be swinging between both, and his knees are going to go up and then he is going to swing forward with the other arm and we can see this front angle of him and then for some reason he cannot really make it and he is going to get so tired, and go like Oh my gosh, i cant do it and then he lets go and then he lands right here. the advantage for this is that we see one single layout what is happening, how many times he is travelling forward, we can see from one view just in one global view how the whole concept action shot would be. So if you can have something like that which is clear and simple like this one.
