Heres what I am thinking now. A fellow student pointed out that you are moving parts. You need to start to understand feeling in your body how you are not moving parts but you are moving force and you are moving weight.
I am going to deal with your main character and point out where you are.
What is happening here is that if we look at this still pose on your video reference. The main weight is going to be on the screen left hip and a little bit onto the hand and then basically you go more to the hand and you go to where you bend the waste in and you are definitely going to have an extended back.

It makes it more interesting than having her just drinking out of a glass and it also means i can get rid of the TV which was not really serving any function in the first place.
